Located in downtown San Diego, China City Development (CCD), Inc. is a registered California investment corporation. It is owned by its Chinese parent -- The Chongqing Kuixing Co. Ltd.

With a background of multi-functional parent corporation in Mainland of China, CCD Inc. has its aim in investing in U.S. local markets, promoting international trading, and developing the cooperation with Chinese enterprises from all aspects in order to become a competitive multinational company.

With a long term goal in building a considerable Chinese business area in downtown San Diego, in which Chinese entrepreneurs are able to come and conduct businesses, CCD hopes to create a favorable environment for information and technology exchanges between the two countries.

At present, CCD is mainly engaged in developing industrial and commercial investment activities in which the company has just acquired a cultivation farm for edible mushroom in San Diego of California. CCD is fully confident in turning the farm into the largest local shiitake mushroom supplier as well as a competent supplier of all kinds agricultural products for the nationwide supermarkets by bringing the superior technology and experts in this field from Mainland of China.

In addition to investment activities, CCD also provides services such as information exchanges, investment, exhibition and export/import assistance to Chinese enterprises. CCD has successfully organized several business delegations from Mainland China to come to the United States for investment purposes. CCD has also been active in bringing advanced scientific technology, especially the Internet, the information network technology, into Mainland of China.

With the generous support from shareholders and friends from all walks of life, China City Development, Inc. has made great progresses since its establishment two years ago in developing various investment projects, international trading and exchanges of technology.   The current investment project in a cultivation farm for edible mushroom is especially promising. I would like, therefore, to take this opportunity to extend our great gratitude to our shareholders, friends and the whole staff of the company for their continuous help and dedication.

While we are proud of the achievements that have been accomplished, the company is also facing other challenges. In order to eventually build a considerable Chinese business community in downtown San Diego, we need to extend our investment aspects, attract more energetic Chinese enterprises to come to the United States for financing and investment purposes, as well as developing international trading.
